• How much is rent?

  Your rent depends on your unit type. You can find our rate on our Floor Plans page!

• What is included in rent?

  Fully furnished unit, community events, FREE shuttle to and from campus, internet, 24-hour maintenance, and more!

• What size are the beds?

  The beds are Full Size XL

• Where / how late does the shuttle run?

  The shuttle starts running at 7:20AM until 6:30PM, from the community clubhouse to the Student Union on campus

• Can I bring my cat or dog?

  Yes, we are pet friendly! You will need to register your pet with the leasing office. Fees may apply.

• Do I have to move out for winter/summer break?

  You do not need to move out. You can stay in your apartment all year.

• Are utilities included?

  Everything except for electricity is included. Water is included with a $15 flat rate.

• Is parking free?

  Parking is $50 per year, with no assigned spots.
